Introduction to Colourwork Socks (Classes)

Introduction to Colour-work Socks Join us for a 5 week course to learn how to knit the perfect colour-work sock. We will take you through every aspect of using multiple colours of yarn in your sock knitting & at the end of 5 weeks you will have produced a perfectly fitting, wonderfully patterned sock (or even a pair). You will need to have experience of knitting plain socks and be familiar with the anatomy of a sock.  You may wish to bring  favourite yarns you have in your stash or you can buy sock yarns on the day (arrive 10 minutes early to choose). We provide a tried & tested pattern of our own, so you are free to use it as many times as you wish. You will also need 2.5mm DPNS/Addicrasytrios and a 2.75mm mini-circular needle plus 2 stitch markers. We will provide refreshments and a bonus stitch marker. Booking is essential.
